Welcome to our online store for home delivery orders. Each order shipped in 24-count cases, the minimum order is one case per flavor (Strawberry, Mango, Acai Berry, or Blueberry). Only whole cases are shipped. Orders are packed and shipped in dry ice to maintain product consistency. Shipments are made via 2-day UPS delivery. Shipping Policy
We ship to the lower 48 continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Orders received before 12pm CST on Monday, Tuesday will be shipped that same day to arrive by Friday. Orders received after 12 pm CST on Tuesdays will be shipped on Monday of the following week to arrive by Friday.
If a package is damaged in transit or arrives melted we will reship the package on the next available shipping day. Incorrect or incomplete addresses and packages that are not opened in a timely manner, within 10 hours of delivery, are not covered for replacement.Jolly Llama packages every order to make sure that your products arrive frozen, fresh and ready to eat. Given sorbets are frozen we recommend promptly removing all items from the shipping container and placing them in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
